→ "ride" は馬や自転車向け。電車には "take"。"You can take this train." や "Take this one." が自然。
Get off this train at next station.
次の駅で降りてください。
→ 冠詞抜け。"Get off at the next station." と "the" を入れる。前置詞も "at" を忘れずに。
Change train at Tokyo.
東京で乗り換えて。
→ 文法的にやや不自然。"Transfer at Tokyo." または "Change trains at Tokyo Station."（複数形＋駅名）が正しい。
This train is rapid.
これは快速電車です。
→ 形容詞単体だと違和感。"This is a rapid train." または "This is the rapid service." が自然。

英語が下手でごめんなさい。
→ 自虐より、"Let me try my best to help."（がんばってみますね）の方がポジティブで好印象。
