返信を催促する時の鉄則
初回送信後、1週間〜10日程度待つのが目安。それでも返信なければフォローアップ。
責めず、丁寧に「念のため」のトーンで送るのがコツ。

"Sorry to bother you, but..."から始める ― 過剰謝罪で弱腰に。→ "I hope this email finds you well." で前向きに。長い前置き ― 結論が見えず読む気が失せる。→ 結論先出しで簡潔に。"My English is not good"の自己卑下 ― マイナス印象。→ 自信を持って書く。本当にひどい英語でなければ問題なし。"Please reply ASAP" ― 命令調&失礼。→ "I look forward to your reply" で柔らかく。"Best Regards"の大文字 ― 1単語目だけ大文字。→ "Best regards," が正しい。件名が抽象的 ― 「Hello」「Question」だとスパム扱い。→ "Inquiry about XYZ Product" など具体的に。連絡先を書き忘れる ― 返信先が不明。→ 必ず氏名・会社・メール・電話を署名に。"I want to ___"の連発 ― 子供っぽい。→ "I would like to ___" がビジネス標準。1週間以内に再送 ― 焦りすぎ。→ 最低1週間〜10日待ってからフォローアップ。
